The Health Care Health & Safety Association is an organization tasked with looking after the heath and safety of persons working in the health-care industry. This was a smaller annual report at only 16 pages but was beefed up slightly by printing on a very toothy heavy-weight stock.

Previous HCHSA annual reports had been largely in-house jobs that involved a lot of MS Word-style clip art, so it was very satisfying to be able to deliver a professional, polished piece.
