Responsible for visual identity and brand consistency, as well as every aspect of the design, production coordination and maintenance of all print and web graphic design requirements across all departments within one of Canada's largest not-for-profit contemporary theatre companies. Departments included Marketing, Communications, Artistic, Fundraising, Education, Development, Production, Sales and Operations.
Stemming from a change in the company's artistic direction and leadership, designed a major re-brand program for the company in the winter and spring of 2009/2010, including logo and brand-style redesign, as well as all general stationary items and company collateral.
Expanded the team and assumed a managerial role with the screening and hire of a Junior Graphic Designer in the summer of 2010. Developed and put into effect team work-flow processes for the management of print and web design materials.
